A good virtual address is Lucid Private offices here in Houston. It’s like $60 per month. It’s a large corporate building. Any VOIP service will work really. Grasshopper is who I used years ago. I use Twilio now but it’s more for programmers.

Those keywords will not affect construction financing but they will affect credit line approvals on your LLC later. Use something as generic as possible if you can.
