This course is a walkthrough of the building permit and building plans submission process for the city of Houston. If you want to know the process of submitting your own plans without having to hire a plan runner this course will give you all the steps.
In this course you will learn the submission process step by step to apply for a building permit and submit your building plans, to the City of Houston, for construction approval. I may add to this course in the future for some nuances but you will be able to submit your plans to the city by yourself once you view this course. I will also add plan review and the building inspection process to this as a part 2 later on.
